Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Denmark and the rest of the European Union.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- Denmark: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processes, or public holidays, and are outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer — if you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@alundraveak.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund where appropriate.
Customs and import duties
If we expand shipping outside the EU in the future, the recipient may be responsible for import duties and taxes charged by their country's customs authority. These would not be included in the order total.
